Its mission is to stimulate the growth of mobile marketing and its associated technology by establishing guidelines and best practices in order to evangelize the mobile channel for use by brands and content providers. MOBIP (Mobile Services Innovation Platform) aims to support the competitiveness of high growth businesses in the mobile services sector and to strengthen their opportunities for growth and market access, in Europe and globally. The project will provide mobile services businesses across Europe opportunities to build up their business contacts and develop new international business opportunities, and increase their access to sources of finance and new international markets. OBAD Mobile Marketing is a part of the project since its creation in 2009.

Cap Digital is amongst the first world clusters in creating, editing, communicating, processing and providing services for numerical content in multimedia and knowledge. Member since 2008 OBAD is a part of the collaborative projects pooling know-how and skills of the public and private R&D effort.
